Tsiuniak Oksana Petrivna – candidate of pedagogical sciences, Assosiate Professor of the department of primary education pedagogy, professor of Ivano-Frankivsk College of the SHEE “Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University”, top category specialist.
In 2005 completed the full course of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, received a Master’s degree with honors in Program Subject Area “Primary Education” and obtained qualification of elementary school teacher, practical psychologist in educational institutions, instructor.
Since 2003 she has been working as an secretary-clerk of the Pedagogical Institute of the SHEE “Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University”. Since 2011 – assistant professor of the Department of Theory and Methods of Primary Education of Pedagogical Institute (on a part-time basis). Since 2012 – assistant professor of the Department of Life Safety of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University (on a part-time basis).
In 2015, Oksana Petrivna defended PhD thesis on the topic “Formation of professional culture of future masters of elementary education in higher educational institutions” in Program Subject Area “13.00.04 – Theory and Methods of Professional Education” in Ivan Ziaziun Institute of Pedagogical and Adult Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv.
Since 2016 – Assosiate Professor of the department of primary education pedagogy.
Scientific activities: the author of 1 monograph, 5 study guides and about 55 articles in professional and other scientific publications; the participant in International and All-Ukrainian scientific and practical conferences, the co-author of collective monographs and manuals, scientific articles.
Sphere of scientific interests – actual problems of pedagogical innovation and educational practice, in particular, problems of professional preparation of future masters of elementary education to innovative activity in higher educational institutions; formation of professional culture of future masters, theory and practice of vocational training of young people in higher educational institutions; educational technologies; innovative approaches to the teaching of disciplines in higher education institutions; competency approach in New Ukrainian School; formation of innovative competence of the modern teacher.
Learning activities: provides teaching of disciplines “Pedagogical Innovation”, “Ethnopsychology”, “Practical Psychology in primary school”, “Conflict Resolution”, “Actual problems of practical psychology in educational institutions”, “Methodology of career education with a practicum”. She manages the master’s works and is the head of Student Scientific Circle “Formation of Professional Culture of Future Teachers of New Ukrainian School ”.
Organizational activities: student group mentor. Oksana Petrivna is responsible for site content information of the Department of Pedagogy of Primary Education and is engaged in volunteer works.
Awarded with Charter of Honor by the Administration of the Institute of Pedagogics (2012, 2015), Charter of Honor by the Archbishop and Metropolitan of Ivano-Frankivsk Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church, Note of Commendation from the Charity “Rochester Maidan” (ROC Maidan).
