Graduated from O. Makoyev Chernivtsi Pedagogical School (1988), Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian University, majoring in Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education. Honors Degree (1993), National Academy of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Law Faculty, specializing in Law. Honors Diploma (2004).

Professional activity.
She worked as an elementary school teacher in a comprehensive school, a chief of the NAAS Branch of Ukraine, a part-time methodologist.
Since 1997 he has been working as a teacher of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences (1997), Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and Methods of Primary Education (2005).
Research Coordinator, Expert on Formation and Development of School Education in the Carpathian Region (Open Policy Foundation, Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Science and Education), School Textbook Expert for the New Ukrainian School (Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Institute for Modernization content), works in an expert group on the issues of extracurricular education (strategic session on the development of extracurricular education at the initiative of the International Association of Extracurricular Education).
Participant, member of the jury of All-Ukrainian and international scientific competitions and Olympiads (All-Ukrainian Olympiad of students in the specialty “Elementary Education” (2015-2019), participant and winner of international programs and grants, expert and project coordinator, official opponent of applicants for scientific degrees.
Since 2017 he is a member of the academic group of the International Project MOPED. Erasmus + KA2 International Project – Higher Education Capacity Building with the Modernization of Pedagogical Higher Education Using Innovative Teaching Tools (MoPED) project – №586098-EPP-1-2017-1-UA-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP, participant and expert of the educational project EdCamp Ukraine.
Co-author (O. Budnik) of the scientific development “Using innovative methods of blended learning in a modern higher education institution”, presented in the context of the activities of the international project ERASMUS + KA2 “MoPED – Modernization of higher pedagogical education using innovative teaching tools” EP-58898 2017-1-UA-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP at the IX International Exhibition “Modern Educational Institutions” (nomination – “Development and use of innovative blended learning methods”). As a result of the educational competition, the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University received the Grand Prix “Leader of Higher Education of Ukraine”, awarded the Gold Medal and Certificate of Quality of Scientific Publications (2018).

Scientific activity: author of more than 210 scientific works: monographs, manuals, textbooks with the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, programs and publications in scientific publications and mass media.
The sphere of scientific interests is connected with the problems of pedagogical innovation, the study of the influence of socio-cultural educational space on the development of the personality of the younger student. He is interested in the humanities, including: pedagogy, psychology, philosophy, cultural studies.

Coordinator of scientific cooperation of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University with Ariel University (Israel).
Provides teaching of disciplines: “Didactics”, “Methods of educational work”, “Educational management”, “Theory and methodology of education”, “Fundamentals of scientific and pedagogical research”, “Innovation in elementary school”. In 2019, 2 innovative courses were developed: “Media didactics”, “Organization of pedagogical process in elementary school”.
Organizational activity: Head of the University Creative Educational and Scientific Laboratory of the International project “Mountain School of the Ukrainian Carpathians”, Head of the problematic scientific group of gifted students “Technologies of the organization of socio-cultural space of the mountain school”.
Chervinska I. – responsible secretary of the professional publication on pedagogical sciences “Mountain school of the Ukrainian Carpathians”, which is indexed in international scientometric bases, member of the editorial board of the professional edition on pedagogical sciences “Obriya”.
Active participant, organizer and moderator of international scientific and practical conferences: USA, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Italy.
Educational activity: student group curator. Performs volunteer activities.
Awards and honors: for significant personal contribution to the development of education in the Carpathian region, active scientific and pedagogical activity, conscientious work awarded with diplomas of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (20), National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine (2019), Department of Education and Science of Ivano-Frankivsk oblast (), Rectorate of the University and on the occasion of Science Day was awarded the honors of the regional state administration.
According to a rating published by the All-Ukrainian socio-political weekly “Education”, Chervinska I. was recognized as the winner in the nomination “Best Educators of 2015 and 2017”.
For his personal contribution to the development of the state and loyalty of the nation, strengthening of the image of Ukraine, diligent work and high professionalism, he was awarded the Order of the Coast of Ukraine and personal gratitude (2018). For the organization of volunteer work, she was awarded the Acknowledgment of the charity Rochester Maidan (ROC Maidan, USA) (2015).
