Personal information
In 1993 graduated with honors from Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, Specialty “Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education”.
In 1997 accomplished Candidate Degree Theses on the theme “Pedagogical Preconditions of the economic culture education of the junior pupils”, specialty 13.00.04 – Theory and History of Pedagogy.
In 2001 got academic status of Senior Scientific Worker on the speciality 13.00.07 – Theory and Methods of education.
Since 1994 till 2012 worked for the Scientific and Methodical center “Ukrainian ethnopedagogy and folk knowledge” of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine and Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University on the positions of senior laboratory assistant, senior scientific assistant, leading scientific assistant.
Since 1999 has worked (part-time) on the position of Assistant Professor of Various Chairs of Pedagogical Institute of State Higher Educational Institution “Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University”.
Since 2013 has been an assistant professor of the Chair of Theory and Methods of Primary Education of State Higher Educational Institution “Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University”.
In 2015 successfully defended Doctoral Degree Theses on the theme “Theoretical and methodical foundations for training primary school teachers to social and educational activities”, speciality 13.00.04 – Theory and Methods of Professional Education and became the Professor of the Chair.
During 2015-2017 worked as the Head of the Department of Primary Education Pedagogy. In 2018 was honoured the title of Professor of the Department of Pedagogy of Primary Education.
During 2016-2019 has been working as a member of the Scientific and Methodological Commission of the Higher Education Sector of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, specialty 013 Elementary Education on development of Standards of Higher Education of the Bachelor and Master degree.
Editor-in-chief of professional journals in Pedagogy: “Journal of Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University” and “Educational Horizons”. Member of the editorial board of professional journals: “Bulletin of the University of Cherkasy” (Pedagogical Sciences), “Scientific Bulletin of Chełm” and “Scientia” (Polish Republic).
She completed her scientific training at the University of East Tennessee (2014, Johnson City, West Virginia, USA), where she studied the teaching experience of high school educators in terms of multiculturalism. She has completed scientific trainings at the State Higher Vocational School in Chelm (Poland, 2016) and advanced training at Deusto University (Spain, 2018), University of Cyprus (Cyprus, 2018), Krakow Mining and Metallurgy Academy (Republic of Poland, 2018). She underwent training on the educational program “Preparing Trainers for Teachers of the New Ukrainian Schools” (2018). Participated in the textbook examination for the New Ukrainian School (2018-2019).
The author of more than 300 scientific publications among them 2 monographs and 10 educational and methodical manuals, co-author of 22 group books; author of articles in foreign scientific editions, including those indexed in Scopus and Web of Science databases.
The most important books are: “Ethnoeconomic competence of a student” (2008), “Ethno-pedagogical component of the process of formation of competences of primary school students” (2009, editing), “Socio-pedagogical activity of a primary school teacher” (2012), “Professional training of future primary school teachers for social and pedagogical activities: theory and practice” (2014), “Inclusive education” (2015), “Comparative pedagogy” (2019), “Pedagogical support of inclusive education” (2019), etc.
Education activity
At present time provides teaching of such subjects (courses) as “Fundamentals of Inclusive Education”, “Comparative Pedagogy”, “Methods of E-learning in Primary School”, “Pedagogical Innovation”, “Educational technologies”, “Theory and methods of Education”, special course “Technologies of social and educational activity of the primary school teacher”, “Communicative Pedagogy”, “Adaptive Pedagogy”.
Provides scientific guidance for master’s works. Head of the student problem group “Socio-educational technologies in elementary school”.
Supervising of scientific works
Was a scientific supervisor of Kateryna Romaniuk’s Candidate degree theses “Pedagogical preconditions of tolerance education of preschool children”, speciality 13.00.08 – Preschool Pedagogy (2014).
