Klepar Maria – candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor of the pedagogy of primary education. In 1982 she graduated from the Faculty of Music and Pedagogy of Ivano-Frankivsk State Pedagogical Institute named after Vasyl Stefanyk. After graduation, she started teaching at the university.

From 1990 to 1993 – a postgraduate student at the Kyiv Drahomanov Pedagogical Institute, where in November 1993 she defended the PhD thesis on “Formation of students’ outlook on musical arts” and received a scientific degree in Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.

Since 1993 – candidate of pedagogical sciences, department of pedagogics of primary education, Pedagogical faculty, in 1996 he was conferred the academic rank of associate professor.

From 2001 to 2006, she worked at the Embassy of Ukraine in the Russian Federation, in the diplomatic post of the Department of Education, Science and Diaspora of the Embassy of Ukraine in the Russian Federation.

In 2004, Maria  Klepar was awarded the Honorable Worker of Culture of Ukraine, the same year she was awarded the badge by the Ministry of Education of Ukraine – Excellent worker  in Education of Ukraine, and in 2005 – was awarded the Certificate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.

Since 2006, Associate Professor of the Department of Arts Disciplines of the Pedagogical Institute and the Associate Professor of the Department of International Relations of the Vasyl Stefanyk Institute of History and Political Science.

She was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration, (2006 and 2010) with the Certificate of the Chairman of the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Council (2015-2016).

 Awarded with many Certificates and Acknowledgments of the foreign cities of Nova Sol, Zelena Gora, Opole, Krakow, Slupsk (Poland), Prešov, Prague (Czech Republic) with many gratitudes  of the Department of Education and Science of Ivano-Frankivsk Region and City Council, diplomas and gratitudes  of the University and other institutions of the city and region.

  1. Klepar participates in the Expert Committee on Accreditation of Universities (order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine) No. 1327. Member of the jury of the Ukrainian Contest on the specialty “Musical Arts”, gained dissertation research for the scientific degree of Candidate of Sciences, participant of the Ukrainian-Polish scientific seminar ” pedagogical aspects of teacher’s professional activity ”.

Scientific activity: Klepar M.V. is the author of “professional training in international relations during reorganization EDUCATION UKRAINE (second half of XX – beginning of XXI century.” Works on the problems of communicative competence of future specialists in international relations, cognitive culture of students and values ​​of future teachers. About 35 articles in international and professional publications on the topic are published.

  Maria Klepar is  the participant of numerous Ukrainian and International conferences, author of about 100 publications of scientific and educational-methodical character on the problem of education and  culture. As a scientist, she is an active participant in  Ukrainian and international conferences in the professional field.

  Maria Klepar provides subjects for teaching. During work at the Department of International Relations, she provides  different lectures and practical courses :”Diplomatic Protocol”, “International Information” and “Public Relations”. “Technologies of social and pedagogical activity in elementary education”, “Theoretical foundations of music education”, “Music-group work in elementary classes”, “Fundamentals of vocal-choral art ‘

 She is Head of the student scientific group “Vocal-aesthetic art”. Head of the Art Direction of the Small Academy of Sciences of Student Youth (Ivano-Frankivsk), the chairman of the jury of the Festival of Talents of the Land of Halychyna, which conducts the department of the department of education of the city, actively works in the international Ukrainian-Polish project “Christmas in Europe” and others. Maria Klepar is the member of the jury of the children’s festival of the competition “Carpathian Nightingales”, member of the jury of the student festival “Spring Wave”.

She is also actively involved in the new project “Gifted Child University”, organized at the Carpathian National University.
