Oksana Kilichenko graduated from the Ivano-Frankivsk State Pedagogical Institute named after V.S. Stefanyk in 1979, received her diploma with honors in the specialty “Primary education” and obtained the qualification of a teacher of elementary grades.
She worked as an elementary school teacher in the secondary school № 10 in Ivano-Frankivsk.
Since 1984 she has been working at the Department of Theory and Methodology of Primary Education of Precarpathian National University named after Vasyl Stefanyk.
In 1997 she defended her dissertation on the topic: “Preparing the future teacher for pedagogical interaction with primary school students”.
In 2001 she was awarded the title of associate professor.
Since 2016 – Associate Professor at the Department of Pedagogics of Primary Education.
Degree: Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.
Scientific achievements: author of more than 100 scientific and educational works, participant of International and All-Ukrainian scientific-practical conferences, co-author of collective monographs and scientific articles.
Scientific interests: preparation of qualified elementary school teacher, organization of pedagogical process in elementary school.
Educational activity: provides teaching of the following disciplines: “General foundations of pedagogy with admission”, “Didactics”, “Theory of education”, “Organization of pedagogical process in elementary school”, “Pedagogical skills”, “Actual problems of elementary education”.
Organizational Activity: Head of the Pedagogics Section, Organizer of the All-Ukrainian Internet Conference for Young Scientists and Students “Developing the Personality of the Younger Student: Modern Realities and Perspectives”
